Attica on Hampden — Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing an Attica on Hampden gift card. By purchasing, receiving or using a gift card you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

Gift Card means a physical card or electronic voucher issued by or on behalf of Attica on Hampden that is redeemable for food, beverages and other goods or services at Attica on Hampden.

2. Issuer

3. Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed only at the Attica on Hampden venue located at 45 Hampden Road, Battery Point, Tasmania, 7004

Gift cards can be used for food, drink and in‑house services and may not be redeemable for cash

If the purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the cardholder must pay the difference by another payment method.

4. Validity & Expiry

Unless otherwise stated on the gift card or in the promotion, gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Any expiry date printed on the card or e‑voucher will apply. After expiry the card cannot be used and any remaining balance may be forfeited except where local law requires otherwise.

5. Balance enquiries

Cardholders can find out the remaining balance by contacting Attica on Hampden at contact@atticaonhampden.com or by presenting the card at the venue. We recommend keeping your gift card details secure.

6. Lost, stolen or damaged cards

Treat your gift card like cash. Attica on Hampden is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards unless negligence can be proven.

Lost or stolen cards may be replaced at our discretion and only if you can provide proof of purchase and valid identification. Replacement may incur an administration fee.

7. Refunds and returns

Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Purchases made using a gift card are subject to our standard returns and refunds policy. If a refund is issued for a purchase paid wholly or partly by gift card, a refund may be credited back to the same gift card or issued as a voucher at our discretion.

8. Promotions and discounts

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions, offers or loyalty discounts unless explicitly stated.

Any promotional terms that apply to purchased goods/services will be subject to the terms of that promotion.

9. Cancellation and amendments

Attica on Hampden reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify gift card programs, or these terms and conditions, at any time. Changes will not affect the terms that apply to previously issued gift cards except where required by law.

10. Misuse and fraud

We reserve the right to refuse redemption of a gift card if we suspect it has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. Evidence of identity may be requested for verification.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected in relation to your gift card purchase will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
